Larry Merton

Larry Merton grew up in the San Fernando Valley, a suburb of Los Angeles. He graduated from California State University Northridge with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Larry has been licensed with the DRE since 1988 and has been originating loans since 1992. Larry was the owner and President of Western Pacific Mortgage in Woodland Hills California from 1993 until 2009, and is still actively financing Real Estate. Larry’s extensive experience as the owner of a mortgage company, a Real Estate franchise, and an Escrow company, make him uniquely qualified to provide financing for every kind of client. From l5¹ time home buyers with limited down payments, to wealthy owners and buyers of million-dollar properties, Larry is customer driven and dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service to his clients.
